By using Replied (the “Service”) operated by Synikaa, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. What Replied does
Replied automates Instagram replies (comment-to-DM, DM keyword auto- reply, story reply) via Meta’s official Instagram Graph API. You configure rules; we deliver them.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to operate the Instagram account you connect.
- You must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Instagram’s Community Guidelines.
- You must not use Replied to send spam, phishing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this.
- You must not bulk-message users who haven’t initiated contact (Meta enforces a 24-hour messaging window — Replied respects it; you must not try to bypass it).
3. Pricing
- Free. ₹0/month. Unlimited DMs. Every reply ends with a small “Sent via Replied.in” watermark.
- Pro. ₹499/month flat. No per-contact billing. Watermark removed, analytics export.
- Pro Annual. ₹3,999/year. Same as Pro, billed annually.
- Cancel anytime. One click in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. Pro-rata refund within 7 days of any charge if the Service was unusable. Email us.
4. Auto-debit consent
Pro and Pro Annual use Razorpay Subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize Razorpay to auto-debit your payment method on each renewal. We’ll email you 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel at any time.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted delivery. We are not responsible for outages caused by Meta, Razorpay, AWS, or other third parties.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms or Meta’s policies, with notice where reasonable.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent allowed by law. Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes
We’ll email registered users at least 14 days before any material change.
